As most of you will know, since our last newsletter I have got involved with The Folding Society. This was not something I was expecting at the beginning of September – I was looking forward to having time to do lots of riding. The Folding Society has changed that, and is also the reason why I haven’t done much on our web site in recent months. The extra work means that I may rationalise my web site, to reduce duplication of content, but rest assured that I’m still a Bike Friday enthusiast, and that the User Group will continue.
I’d like to remind (or inform) you that there is a very informal gathering of folder enthusiasts in May (see right hand column ) and I hope to see some of you there.
I’m glad to be able to include several articles written by members of the group – please keep sending in material, as without it we can’t keep the newsletter going. Pictures are also very welcome – I had difficulty getting a front page picture, and I’m very grateful to Graham McDermott for coming to my rescue once again. Issue 3 of the newsletter is due in June.
